Cake not suitable, owner did not want to know!

Ordered an 18th party cake for sister-in-law and it wasn't what we was expecting. They explained what the cake would look like before they made it but when it was finished my mother in law brought it back to the house and it looked nothing like what was ordered. It looked like it was made for a 9 year old rather than an 18 year old. It was supposed to be a simple cake with a high heel, pair of earings and a lipstick, what I got was the hilton tower instead of a high heel and what looks like 3 bowling balls instead of an earing. It was an absolute disaster. I personally drove back to the shop to confront the owners, conveniently they were closed. Contacted the shop they next day and the person I spoke to was very rude, almost aggressive in her manner and it was basically "what do you want me to do about it"! I would not recommend this bakers to anyone. I eventually took the cake to a bakers called Sparkles, who were absolutely brillant and fixed the cake in no time.
