The operators didn't know where the street that I wanted to be picked up from was, even though it was in their so-called 'area' and that I had a postcode that could show exactly on google map and any other satellite navigation system where the street was. Agreed that the street wasn't a very big or well known one, and that I myself could not help because I wasn't from the area, but I left feeling deflated and frustrated because instead of being apologetic about not being able to find it or help me get where I wanted, they were originally arguing that this street didn't exist in Eccles.
