I rang Zip Despatch as a matter of urgency out of hours, my husband had left home with out his passport and I needed to get his passort from my home address in Bury to my husband who was on a tight schedule to catch his flight from Heathrow, I had rang numerous companies who supposedly offered an out of hours courier service and was faced with either an answer machine or the phone wasn't answered. Zip Desptach answered straight away and and dealt with my problem imediately, within 30 minutes a courier driver was at my door. My husband received his passport just in time for his flight. I would strongly recomend using this company. As a result of the very professional service I received I now use Zip Despatch to courier any sameday urgent deliveries for my business.
