• They have been rubbish for years

  I was a student many years ago and they were rubbish then too,their products and supplies are very poor quality and their customer service is non existant .Why somebody at the colleges has never addressed this before I will never know,complain to your tutors and head of dept and discourage any new students from parting with their money its the only way these people will get the message.I work in the industry and wouldnt dream of using them.

• RUBBISH! RUDE PEOPLE!!

  i ordered my manicure kit 1 month ago and it still hasn't arrived even though they took my money! other members of my college class have ordered theirs and items are missing also! spoke to the managing director on the phone and he is the rudest man imanigable!

  i ordered my uniform several weeks ago approx two months. it has still not arrived i cannot get in touch with them...i am stil waiting.. they took my money out of the bank in a few day!!!!!
