Neary Estates have been nothing but helpful, friendly and also had lots of quality houses. After renting with them for 2 years I can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service, excellent houses and good prices.

I have rented off Neary Estates for the last two years and have found their customer service to be exemplary. I cannot relate to the experience of the other review on here as the house and the service have both been first class. When a problem arose (which was only twice in two years) it was sorted quickly with no fuss and to a standard better than I would ever expect for a student house. I would not hesitate to recommend them for their service, personal touch, fair prices and excellent choice of well furnished houses.

Neary Estates of Fallowfield in Manchester are possibly the worst estate agents in the area. Not only are the properties in a terrible condition - you will be charged vast amounts for the privilage. They also only seem concerned with getting you to sign up - no one at Neary Estates had heard of after sales service - If you have a problem, they are not interested. So if you want to live in a badly maintained, overpriced house - go to the Neary - If not, then stay well clear! You have been warned!
