    Don't know why everyone is making a fuss over the gym, my experience was terrible. Pushed into a contract which I was then forced to keep to despite moving from the area. Told of various complimentary 1 to 1 sessions etc which did not happen. Staff appeared lazy and unhelpful. Please don't be blinded by its exaggerated reputation.

    Felt a bit lardy after christmas so decided to join a gym near work. glad I joined GL14, the place is amazing, so clean tidy and modern. not used the spa yet, but looks good. would defo recommend

    I have been a member of several gyms and have had several different goals and so when I have asked for advice I would expect different answers, but no they have all been very generic. Not at GL14, the instructors seemed to really know about and be enthusiastic about training techniques and were keen to share their own experiences. It was great and I am know running times faster and stronger than ever before, really great and friendly staff.

    I just want to say thankyou to the wonderful service I experienced. I personally wanted to leave several reviews for this brilliant gym that I didnt expect.
