mail order! first they have to mail it!
I recently used this store to order guitar strings and after 2 weeks of waiting thought I would mail an enquiry, the response I got was not only sarcastic but abusive of which I was more than shocked after 3 such e-mails they then said they thought they had posted it but maybe they didnt either way they werent going to send a replacement as I had not paid extra for secure mail!.
