Mmmmm....cakes!

Jam St cafe has always been welcoming, there's not my bars where you can turn up on your own and still have a great evening. The meal deal thing they have going on tuesdays (?) is good value, plus they do great home made food all week. I last went to an afternoon tea event, very twee with tea cosys and floral table cloths every where! Very moreish cakes too, all made by the chef in house. This is one of the few places to do the dunham massey ales, my current favorite tipple. top marks Jam Street!

Jam Street - the coolest place in town

Jam street feels like the kind of place you would own if you and a few mates decided to open a cafe (which is actually what happened). It has a homely, casual vibe, a huge selection of interesting foreign beers and the food is amazing - try the christmas fig pudding or the all day breakfast - mmm! The bar staff are friendly and the guys who work there are really fit too!
