    Stayed at the hotel for 4 days last week ( thursday-sunday) and was looked after from the moment i arrived by the smiley staff! I often visit Manchester for business reasons and decided to extend my stay over the weekend this time! Location wise, the hotel is great as it's right in the centre, so close to everything including the train station! My bedroom was large (by city centre hotel standards) and the bathroom looked brand new. Most of the hotel looks pretty new and having spoken to the staff, I was told the hotel was completely refurbed about a year ago and has brand new conference facilities. All the staff were very friendly (even the cleaner stopped what she was doing when I walked past to say good morning) All in all - a great stay and definite recomendation.
