    I read a lot of stuff about how the sylists are untrained and can go horribly wrong so when I got there I decided to ask my stylist how the Academy works. They are all fully trained hairdressers just like the ones that you get in any hair salon apart from L'Oreal or Toni and Guy or Andrew Collinge. They have then all applied to work for Toni and Guy, been accepted as good enough and then they complete a six week course before being sent to their home town Toni and Guy to work on the shop floor. They are all great hairdressers and they learn from the best. It is just about teaching them that particular Toni and Guy style that you get in Toni and Guy. I got my hair cut yesterday and it was fantastic. My hairdresser used some lovely products on my hair and did exactly what I wanted. It is the most prescise haircut i've ever had because they are not jut cutting your hair but their professional teacher is watching them to make sure it is perfect down to the last hair. Everyone in the room with me was pleased with their new styles as was I. Highly reccommended!
