About Us

Brief description

Seven Stars Wild Goose Qigong, ancient chinese exercises to promote healing. Exercises use acu-points and meridians to bring about balance and a sense of happiness. Classes are enjoyable. Anyone can benefit. We follow the Wild Goose system as set out by Yang Mei Jun and taught by my teacher Dr Bingkun Hu. Everyone can benefit, suitable for all ages (adult) and abilities.
