About Us

Brief description

Seven Stars School of Qigong teaches the well known Wild Goose Qigong System, sets of ancient chinese flowing exercises to promote healing. We use the acu-points and channels to bring about balance, harmony and a sense of happiness. Classes are enjoyable. We teach the Wild Goose system as set out by Yang Mei Jun and taught by my teacher Dr Bingkun Hu. Everyone can benefit, suitable for all ages (adult) and abilities.
