Seven Stars School of Qigong

Seven Stars School of Qigong teaches the well known Wild Goose Qigong System, comprising of sets of ancient chinese flowing exercises to promote healing. We use the acu-points and channels to bring about balance, harmony and a sense of happiness. Classes are enjoyable. We teach the Wild Goose system as set out by Yang Mei Jun and taught by my teacher Dr Bingkun Hu. Everyone can benefit, suitable for all ages (adult) and abilities.

..Lineage... Grand Master Yang, Meijun was taught as a child, by her uncle, a Taoist monk who was the sole survivor from his Monastery after the Communist invasion of China. Sadly, she died in 2002 at the age of 106, she was still teaching the Wild Goose system and was a very highly respected Qigong Master in China. Today her son, Master Chen, Chuan Gang holds the lineage and continues to teach. Master Bingkun Hu is a disciple of Grand Master Yang, Meijun. He now studies with master Chen, Chuan
