I've just come back from the Laundry Shop after an altercation with the owner. Having picked up some dry cleaning, I checked my clothes at home and a stain hadn't been removed from a cardigan. So I rang the shop and was told they'd re-do it. On getting there, the owner said because there was no 'crust' from the cleaning process and therefore the stain was new. I'd already pointed the stain out to the staff when I brought it in! I said that it's possible they could have missed the garment. They hadn't finished my cleaning when I came in and were ironing/ running about to get it finished. That's when the owner blew his top. I said I'd have to have a look at the other items and he accused me of threatening him. Looking at the garment now, it's still got fake tan marks on it. Clearly not been cleaned. Altogether a thoroughly vile, depressing and unpleasant experience.
