Connect-2-Hair Extentions

i have to say this is the worst experience i have ever had from an internet website. I have ordered clothes/hair etc many times via the web and this was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The level of customer service i recieved from a lady who is apparently the Manager was disgusting. It began with me ordering the hair/colour i always buy be it in a shop or via the web. This wasn't a problem and i paid for it via PayPal. On recieving my order it was delivered in a square bag no bigger than A4 probably smaller, i opened the packet and found the hair in a long clear bag just folded over, i just knew from this that the hair was not the quality they'd made it out to be, after all would it really be sent with such carelessness?? I opened up the hair packet the colour was all wrong and not as it had appeared on the site and the quality of the hair was very poor, i immediately rang the number for the business and spoke to the apparent manager, i explained i wasn't happy with the way the hair had been packaged and sent and i wasn't happy with the colour or the quailty, i told her i would be sending the hair back and that i would require a refund, this was not a problem and it was agreed i could have the refund. i sent the package back with a letter (explaing the reason for return and requesting a refund) by recorded delivery for my own piece of mind and to ensure they recieved the hair back. i kept track of the parcel through the tracking number and was surprised to see that it had been taken back to the post office (undelivered) So on the monday morning i rang the office and explained to the manager that the returned hair was waiting for them at the post office ( she was quite rude to me on the telephone, although i'm not sure why) she assured me she would contact the PO and have the parcel re-delivered. So imagine my surprise when a day later another lot of hair turned up?? I immeditely rang the office and spoke to the manager, i asked her politely at first why another lots of hair had been sent and why i hadn't recieved a refund? the response i got was nothing short of a wind up, i was met by silence, i again asked the question.. nothing... just silence, hello... hello ... i asked ... yes came the response, are you going to answer my question?? again silence, i was beginning to loose my temper now i just wanted my money back, at this point i asked to speak to the manager in order to get an explanation, i was told she was the manager, so i again i asked the question why i was sent more hair instead of a refund, she responded with '' I dont understand what you're saying to me'' ??? WHAT?! i'm english i'm speaking clearly what is there not to understand, so again asked the question, she responded by playing loud music down the telephone, by this time i was very upset and angry i honestly though it was a wind up, i put down the phone, this was a joke. After composing myself i rang the office and spoke to the same woman, she told me i could have a refund and to send the hair back ( AGAIN) i asked her if they would refund the postage for my trouble after all i was having to pay AGAIN to send it back, she agreed and that was that. I again sent the hair by recorded delivery and once i knew they had recieved the package i rang to make sure they didn't make the same mistake again and that they had given the refund i had asked for, imagine my surprise when the manager started to say i was being abusive and that i was a liar, she hadn't agreed to give me a refund on the postage, its not company policy?? I couldn't believe the rubbish that was coming out of this womans mouth. I just gave up and put the phone down, i have recieved my refund all be it minus the postage and in a cheque (altho i paid by paypal) i just hope it doesn't bounce!!! Stay well clear of this business there are far better website's with better quality of hair and service for the same price.
