  NorthStar are different. Finding the right candidate from as few a group of candidates as possible is essential. It saves time and money on interview candidates that will simply not make the grade. NorthStar and specifically Jessica, go the extra mile to ensure they have a complete understanding of my business. Moreover the understanding of the personalities in my business and the type of candidate that would suit. Dealing with recruitment agencies can be very laborious, the same pitch, the same spiel and so it was refreshing to hear a distinctly personal approach to my needs from Jessica. I don't avoid her calls and we have a great rappor which gives me confidence in her abilities to match our roles.

  Since including Northstar Recruitment onto our PSL I have been extremely pleased with their commitment to filling our positions. Northstar work in a way that is refreshingly different.
