Stopped in with 3 friends one saturday while shopping, good menu, very freindly and relaxed atmosphere, things were going well until we ordered....had to wait 40 minutes for a large mixed meat and cheese platter to share bwtween us, then the main courses came and were tiny to say the least, we then asked for another round of drinks and 2 of the glasses were dirty, we pointed this out to the staff and a waitress huffed off before returning to slam down 2 glasses which were fresh out of the glasswasher, still warm and still with the washer water inside!! We complained to the manageress who offered to knock 20% off our bill which was very gracious but then made a point of showing us that she'd taken it off before pointing out that she'd still included the gratuity in the bill, needless to say she wasn't happy when we told her she could take that off as well! Great ocation but the service and attention to detail is sadly lacking :-(
