Choice - my choice

This restaurant has very recently had a new Head chef and is known for its fine dining.The menu has a very unusual take on tradition food. For example on the starter menu - Bubble & Squeak Cake (V) �£5.50Vegetarian Bubble & Squeak Cake topped with a Free Range Poached Egg and Tomato Ketchup Vinaigrette.They pride themselves for using only the best and as often as possible, locally sourced ingredients.The list of awards received:Manchester Tourism Awards Taste of Manchester 2007Hi-Life Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year 2005Manchester Food & Drink Restaurant of the Year 2003Manchester Food & Drink Best Wine List 2002The kitchen is on view to diners so you can see the staff preparing everything which is interesting and you can see each plate is individually prepared. Presentation is perfect and the waiting on staff both efficient and friendly.
