Very pleased with the service. Pc Casualty managed to retrieve my daughter’s university coursework when her memory stick stopped working. They were very nice and polite but were also professionals and knew how to get things done. I would definitely use them again if needed. I did think it was going to be expensive, but as well as the high quality work it was also very cheap.
They repair my laptop because it was making an annoying ticking noise and it was also quite slow on the net. Good prices. Fast service. Helpful staff.
My laptop died on me in the middle of my assignment. I was horrified. I could not stop crying. I called my boyfriend who was visiting his family in Norway. He googled for a laptop repair shop in manchester and Pc Casualty came up with very good reviews. He gave me their address and telephone number. I took my laptop straight away. I explained what has happened and begged for help. They checked it while I waited. They said Motherboard ( First time I have heard) was dead and it would be an expensive repair as the laptop was ancient. I new I needed a new one soon but I did not expect it to die on me in the middle of my work. I also had all my pictures, itunes music and lots of other important things stored in it. They said they could recover all my things. I was so happy to hear that. They offered £100 for my dead ancient laptop as a part exchange for a Top-spec Toshiba dual core Laptop. it is lovely in silver, very light and even has a built-in web-cam. And all my work and suff was put on the new laptop. All whitin less than 2 hours. Fantastic work guys! The least I can do is to leave positive feedback for you. I took loads of leaflets from their shop to distribute in the Uni. I will recommend you guys to all my friend. Thanks again and God bless!
I am disabled and could not get my heavy computer fixed for a long time, my only toy to spend time. A friend of mine said Pc Casualty was a very trustworthy shop with very competetive prices and excelent service. I called them and explained the stuation. The technician was very sympathetic adn very patient. He went through a full reinstallation procedure with me which took about 2 hours in total. He even called me back with their expence and fallowed the whole procedure with me includung my drivers whic i did not even know what they where. And it did not cost me a penny! What do you say to that. I did not think shops like this still existed. Did you? Well Thanks Guys. You did not make any money from me me but you have got my blessing and I am mentioning your name to many people. Hope you do well.
Very friendly guys. Prices are great. I bought a refurbished Dell laptop from Pc Casualty. Couple of days later, my dog pulled the power lead and broke the power port. Obviosly not covered under warranty. I took it back to Pc Casualty and explained what is happened. The technician asked me to sit down. They made me a cup of coffee. Stripped the whole laptop into bits. Desolder the power jack. Re-solder a new one while i was having my coffee. Did not charge me a penny. I am so impressed with their service. Where else can you get a service like this these days.
I ve had my toshiba laptop fixed by pc casualty which was overheating.i took it to pc world first and they said it needs a new mainboard and advised me to buy a new laptop then i took it to pc casualty and they checked it ,fully serviced and cleaned the fan for only 50 pounds. i am really happy with their customer service and recommend pc casualty to everyone. thx guys.
Ver professional service and very compatative rates. I took my broken hp laptop to several shops. Quoted over £300 for a new mainboard. Pc Casualty sorted out in 2 days and charged me less than £100. These guys are proper techs. Thanks Pc Casualty. I keep recomending yous.
They always have a "SALE" sign outside in order to make you think you're getting a good deal. Won't have the correct size hard drive in (or so they say) so you can pay more for a bigger one. Took ten tries to install Windows on the machine, each time a different error message appeared. Which never happened to me the countless times I installed Windows on other machines. So I had to take the machine back to pay them £25 to do it. About a week later the computer crashes so I take it to them to fix (I swear they did something to it). Another £25 for them to basically format the HD and reinstall Windows. Eager to get my PC back but they spent days with it, kept saying it would be ready but wasn't. One of the staff was appallingly rude and dismissive when I once popped in to ask when it would be ready. It was a case of "we've taken your money, so we don't care how we treat you now". In conclusion, a bunch of spivs - It's called "PC Casualty" for a reason, anything you buy from them you need to take back to get fixed... PS: the same thing happened to a friend of mine.
