• ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

  I ordered wooden blinds through the internet site but was phoned a week later to say the website was wrong and they couldn't make wooden blinds in the size i wanted. I was offered "wood effect" which i was assured would be of equal quality. They arrived but were the wrong colour. I was then sent the correct c0lour and told to "throw the others away" - some indication of how worthless they are. The blinds were awful - thin tacky plastic rubbish which kept falling down as they didn't have enough brackets to hold them up. They were certainly NOT what i was led to believe. I asked for a refund as per their "30 day money back guarantee" and was told to get lost. I reported them to trading standards and now my credit card company are starting court proceedings against them under section 75. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT USE THIS DODGY COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE HAD PROBLEMS ALREADY THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT.

  although i was a very awkward customer, the staff here were great ! My blinds were very easily fitted to my relief i even measured correctly !

• Couldn't be happier, blinds look fantastic !

  Blinds arrived within only 2 days and my husband fitted them up witin about 10 minutes. Very cheap and great service. Highly recommend !

• One of My Worst Online Shopping Experiences

  Placed an order at www.orionblinds.co.uk as their Blinds looked good, and the delivery stated within 5 - 7 days. Just what I was looking for! After calling and emailing several times, my blinds arrived 8 weeks later. They were not even close to the ones I ordered! I emailed them again, and to their credit, they replied immediately to say the correct blinds would be with me within 2 days. Even after 2 weeks they did not arrive. I contacted them again to return the wrong items, and cancel the order. No surprise that I have not had a reply, the correct blinds, or a refund. Orion Blinds are not worth the effort or the money. What a horrible shopping experience. The company should not be trading like that, and should not be allowed to treat customers the way they do.
