Poor service

We had problems from the start with CPI, I would not endorse them at all, lack of response, parts missing, functions not working and a very unreasonable attitude to customer care. We tried to resolve the faults and in the end we had to take it for repair to a local dealer. Spend your money somewhere else, one of the major high street outlets would be a more prudent place to buy a system.
