Anna Gaughan Consulting can work with you to improve health and social care outcomes using a whole systems, person-centred, evidence-based approach.

The consultancy was set up in 2004 to develop services across the care continuum and improve health and social care outcomes for local people.

We work with a wide range of partners across both the public, academic and private sectors. We are also preferred providers with a number of national organisations including Care Services Improvement Partnership CSIP), NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, Joint Improvement Team (JIT) at the Scottish Executive, Past Test and Solace Enterprises.

Anna also combines her role as director of the company with her academic interests and is a Visting Fellow at Manchester Business School and the Centre for Local Governance at Manchester University.
