Excellent Therapy

I suffered with severe panic attacks when speaking in front of a large audience and shook so violently it was noticeable and the knowledge of this made my delivery worse. I new if these attacks continued it would harbour my future aim, a career in marketing and advertising. I went to see Anthony as a last resort because I had tried differing alternatives and nothing had worked. Initially I was sceptical of hypnosis but Anthony put me at ease and after his explanation I felt much more comfortable than before. And I found myself opening up about my problem. I then went under hypnosis and felt completely in control and at all times fully aware. At one point I visualised myself doing the presentation with ease and confidence; it was a powerful experience. On the day of my presentation, I delivered the presentation just as I imagined, with ease and confidence and the feedback received from all attendees was excellent. Brian....Wilmslow

Truly Amazing

Eighteen months ago I had a stop smoking session with Anthony. I did give up smoking. Although at times I did fancy a cigarette, I did resist the temptation as a thought came into my mind that I didn’t really need one. I now really hate the smell of stale smoke on other people. I have not smoked since seeing Anthony and feel healthier and more in control of my life. Dawn....Macclesfiled
