• Wrong part - no response/refund AVOID

  TD Spares supplied incorrect washing machine belt. No response to my e-mail or letter. No refund. Had to buy correct part from an old boy in a cluttered old shop. I know where I'll be going next time - if dodgy firms like this on internet haven't put him out of business.

  took a week, a reminder e-mail, and then it came. Got an apologetic e-mail from them tho.

• Top Class Service - at last a retailer who cares!

  Not sure what the other reviewer's problem is, but TDSpares were very helpful in identifying the correct part for my obscure cooker. Ordered Monday and the part arrived in a couple of days - what a life saver and a happy wife too! Would not have got this priceless advice and expert knowledge on Ebay as I know from experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending this compay!

• TDSpares...Avoid..Very poor service

  If your prepared to wait over a week for your item then they may be worth it but if you want the item next day then use Ebay just like I did. Goes to prove small Ebay businesses provide far better Customer satisfaction than the big websites that can't compete.
