    Waited two weeks for my credit checks to come through and even then I had to ring them for the keys. Constantly passed from one person to another, who each didn't know what stage my file was at. Eventually moved in to find there was no hot water in the flat and took them over a week to resolve after being lied to constantly that it would be. No matter how nice the flat is don't touch this lettings agency with a barge pole.
