RUDE AND AGRESSIVE

Went in to collect my dry cleaning. Was told by (I assume the owner as no employee could get away with being so rude to customers) that the card machine was out of operation and had to pay by cash. Was told that the nearest machine was round the corner. I asked if it was free and he said "how do I know?". On my way to the cash machine, he said "If you're lucky we'll still be open when you get back". Got the cash, paid and said I'd be unlikely to use them again to which he said "I don't care, I've got hundreds of customers. Wipe your feet on the way out". Having looked at the company on co house, it appears that the co is going into liquidation which is not surprising with customer service like that, and it might explain why they were only collecting cash. Makes me wonder! Avoid at all costs if they keep trading that is.
