Planit Welding, based in Blackburn Lancashire, a leading manufacturer of superior tubular steel components for the office furniture market contacted Paragon to advise on a solution to their heating problem.
The problem was caused because their loading bays were used frequently and in the winter this caused production workers to complain about the cold.
The doors to the loading bays were very old and difficult to operate, hence they were left open whilst loading/unloading took place.
Paragon Door Systems install 2 No. Speedflex doors manufactured by IRSP the leading manufacturer and supplier to the trade of Industrial insulated roller shutters.
The doors were operated by Falcon sensors so that a vehicle approaching would cause the doors to open, with the controls set to close the door automatically after a few seconds.
