  Booked this service via Groupon. One email back after numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone. Not even the courtesy to arrange a date. Quick to take my money and not do any work! DO NOT USE!

• Terrible service.

  I booked via Groupon. Very poor customer service. Never answers phone. Finally booked 3 hour clean via email. They should've been here today and haven't turned up with no explaination. I'm really angry.

• DO NOT BOOK

  Booked Emmas cleaning and she didnt turn up on the date booked (i had already paid via groupon) then booked again and once again didnt turn up then emailed (never answers her phone) me rudely saying it was my fault and she was not going to clean for me!!! Did not offer a refund either. Most unprofessional so called company i have ever dealt with.

• Bad customer service

  I question whether this company exists? It seems to me it is run from home but with an mobile phone number that no one ever answers or the phone always get cut off when someone does pick up! When I did get through, I booked a two hour cleaning service which they canceled 10 minutes before the scheduled time of arrival. I thought that was really bad customer service. It was a complete waste of time, it would have been quicker if I did the job myself than waiting for them to turn up. This is the worst cleaning company that I came across. Never again.
