Courses

The school has courses to suit everybody.The courses are for learners,Pass Plus, Refresher and Motorway lessons.
These can be weekly,Intensive and semi-intensive.
The lessons can be from Home,School, College or work.

Instructor Car

The vehicle used for lessons is a Vauxhall Corsa 1.3 diesel manual car with air conditioning. The car is the latest model fully insured for all pupils whilst on lessons.

Payment

There are two methods of payment.
1.Pay as you go
Pay for each lesson as you have them.
2.Block Booking
Pay in advance a block of 10 hours. A discount is given for using this method.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque

Styal Driving School is based near Wilmslow and covers Alderley Edge, Bramhall, Baguley, Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme,Gatley, Handforth, Heald Green,Northenden, Poynton, Wilmslow, Wythenshawe. Other areas may be available on request. The instructor is friendly,patient and fully DSA approved and CRB checked, Fleet Qualified, has a Customer service Diploma and an A1 Assessor who has local knowledge of the areas the school covers. He will teach you the skills and knowledge to become a safe and competant driver for the present and the future. Courses available are Learner, Pass Plus, Motorway, Refresher and BTEC Level 2 Demonstrate safe driving (Car). Lessons can be on a weekly, Semi-Intensive, Intensive basis. Pupils can be picked up from School, College or work. Cost of the lessons can be by the hour or block booking. Discounts are available on block bookings.   Jon made passing my test so much easwier than I thought. I was in need of my licence for work commitments and not only did Jon understand but he went out of his way to make sure I passed in the timescale in needed. Everything was simple, instructions were clear and helpful and most of all he understood my individual needs and tailored my lessons to them.   Jon is a brilliant driving instructor, but is also a great guy. I started taking lessons with him in September '11 and passed my test on 3rd Jan '12. He he informative, patient, relaxed and has a great sense of humour, everything a new learner will want. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jon as a tutor to my family and friends and I hope people reading this will choose Jon - he is the man!

  John is an excellent driving instructor , i highly recommend him. He teaches you very well and trains you properly. I have had bad experience in the past with other instructors. but john is definitely an excellent instructor.

  John is a thoroughly professional and friendly driving instructor. His patient tuition allowing me to pass my driving test at the first time of trying. His advice on when to take my test proved to be spot on. His sense of humor and relaxed style of instruction was very beneficial to me, therefore i would highly recommend this instructor to you.

  I highly recommend Styal Driving School without hesitation! Jon was a brilliant instructor. He is very experienced and enthusiastic. He was teaching me how to drive step by step, explaining by drawing things so I could understand everything easier. He was very patient when teaching me. I feel very lucky to have had Jon as an instructor.
