JR BULMER is run by the proprietor James Bulmer with his team of sub contractors, James has every job covered in the home from hanging a shelf to renovation of your full home. James started in college aged 16 for 3 years, in the third year he started to look for an apprenticeship as a gas engineer but apprenticeships were hard come by. He started with a bathroom company fitting bathrooms, after a couple of months he was promoted. No longer a apprentice James was put on the road as a maintenance plumber after only 6 months of on site experience.

At JR BULMER we are fully qualified city & guild plumbers up to
NVQ level 3.

We also run a apprenticeship to continue the passing on the trade of plumbing.
