Terrible - don't ever use them

We used Payal as the caterers/event managers on our wedding day. They were terrible in all respects. The food was cold, the waitors kept breaking glass, they hadn't liased with the suppliers properly and some of our favours went missing. They pretty much ruined our wedding day - stay away from them.
