A mean Brazilian

I've finally found somewhere that does a thorough bikini wax in the city centre. I've even started to have Brazilians here which have to be a challenge for any beautician. But there's no embarrasment here. The girls just seem to get on with it as if it's second nature. They're quick too which makes the whole event less of an ordeal. I've found the staff very friendly and there isn't that pretentious feeling here that you find in other Manchester salons. The reception area is welcoming and contemporary whilst the treatment rooms are calm and they're not as bright as other salons which can feel quite sterile. I've started having my nails and fascials here too. Prices are good at £20 for a Brazilian. You need to book early though for an appointment even on their late nights.

Fastest Leg Wax Ever

I used this salon for a leg wax in March 2008. The room used was very basic with a sliding door that opened onto the main waiting area ,so everyone could see you when the therapist came in. The therapists are dressed casually and are a bit rough and ready. The wax was done very quickly, taking hair of in random directions and at high speed. It lasted about 15 minutes for a full leg wax.!! This is a record in my view and I've been having leg waxes for over 20 years. It seemed ok at first if a bit rushed, but afterwards I came out in a really bad rash all over my legs which lasted for a couple of days. On the positive side, this salon is very cheap for a leg wax ( £20) and they had late availability.
